Mary L. Amlaw is the Author of the Book "We Love Our Country"
Mary L. Amlaw is formerly a Human Factors and training and development professional, adjunct instructor and director of a private university, and founder and owner of a management training corporation.
A native Minnesotan, Mary was born and raised in Minneapolis. She attended Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota, where she earned a B.A. in English Literature. She received a graduate degree in Aeronautical Science with System Safety certification in 2002 from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Mary was published in an aviation training magazine with a featured article on Human Factors training. A businesswoman and educator, Mary also has extensive personal experience in corporate training and in curriculum design.
An accomplished artist, Mary has painted for 35 years and has sold many original works. Her love of art and design is the foundation for the Design Manager Decorating Services company that she owns and operates. She provides paint color consultations, home sale consultations (Real Estate Staging) and room furnishing placement. She has studied Feng Shui and applies Feng Shui principles in all her design work.
Mary is married with two children, one grandchild, two dogs and two cats.
